I've never given up,

In front of all those speeding cars.

I've had reasons,
I still do,
And I've had many opportunities,

But I'm still here;
Getting up,
Swimming through my life,
And stepping back.

My mind has been the play toy,
For everyone,
But I've given them a dummy.
I took my mind back today.

I'm tried of the nonbelievers,
Trying to tell me to stick it out,
When I cry for one night to breathe.

They all think that this is made up,
I've lied about work,
I've exaggerated stories,
But if I ever

That cradles me,
That holds me,
That keeps my heart.

I go back and forth,
My memories,
Or my future.
Never the present.

I want to have a future with him,
I want him to go away,

All different,

I'm love-obsessed,

I'm a teenage girl,
That has a bit of a rough life.

It could be much worse,
But it could be better too,

Blind ShowThey all applaud,
Saying "Great Show,
Great Show"

Do they think,
"Where did she go?"

The Razzle,
And Dazzle,
Seem to blind the senses
Of people.

Seeing reality,
Transform into a show,
With glitter and glitz,
Dulls the ones seeing this.

The world is just a show,
With glitter,
  Razzle,
   Glitz,
    that Dazzles the audience.

And they wonder why people lie...
Can't they see,

It's all part of the act.

"Done," I said in a monotone voice as I handed the solved Rubik's Cube to Becky.
"How did you do that?!" Becky had seen me solve it at least a hundred times and each time she asked me the same question. Each time I said the same exact thing.
"A series of algorithms," blank look. "A series of movements."
"I still don't get it," her voice was so annoying sometimes.
"Of course you don't," I sighed to myself. Becky re-scrambled the cube, but she seemed distracted. While she was scrambling it, she kept looking at the two doors that lead to the cafeteria.
"Who are you looking for?" I ask

Talking to MyselfIs this really happening? I mean, I'm almost deaf in both ears... Just from a little cold, possibly. I mean I can't hear my computer and I can't listen to my music. But I'm finally deaf to the world. I don't know whether to cheer for joy or to cry from sorrow. This temporary deafness is a blessing and a curse.
I no longer can hear the lies and hurt people tell me, but I can't hear the sweet music of the world. I may sound like a typical teen when I say this but I can't really live without my Bones, or my Psych, or my Criminal Minds. Also I would love to be able to hear the clashing, dark songs of Sweeney Todd outside of my mind.

So... far... down...
I can understand why you like travelling alone: that way, you don't embarrass any of your friends when you're going "COOL! LOOK AT THAT!! IT'S SO AWESOME!!!" with your eyes glued to the window

Haha that and so then I don't have to take care of my family ^^ but yes my friends get embarrassed by my odd fascination with the view from planes
